Tiffany Strevel

Dear Black Fox Families,

Tiffany StrevelI am honored to join the Black Fox community as principal of Black Fox Elementary. In 1997, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee Technological University. My first two years of teaching were spent at Beaumont Elementary School in Knoxville, TN. After moving to Murfreesboro, I returned to teaching at Scales Elementary and then opened Overall Creek Elementary. During this time, I received my Masters in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University. For the last three years, I have served as an Assistant Principal at Mitchell-Neilson Primary and Cason Lane Academy.

As a new educational leader at Black Fox Elementary, I am passionate about building relationships with stakeholders, creating safe, challenging, and fun learning environments where teachers and students thrive, and meeting the needs of the whole child. I believe that parent and community involvement are essential to a successful school and that with a support system in place, students can and will succeed.

As you know, Black Fox is a school with strong traditions, a dedicated staff, and is a school that produces leaders in education. I look forward to continuing the legacy of Black Fox Elementary, the strong collaborations that are part of the Black Fox experience, as well as building new partnerships.

Best regards,

Tiffany Strevel
