Opens Zone School Tours

Murfreesboro City Schools will hold its annual open enrollment period for zone waivers from February 26 through March 27, 2026. During this time, parents and guardians may request for their child to attend a school within the district other than the one to which they are zoned if open seats are available.
To support families as they explore their options, Open Zone School Tours are scheduled on March 3rd and March 12th. These tours give families the opportunity to visit campuses, meet staff, explore programs, and learn more about what each school offers.
Black Fox will conduct school tours on March 3rd from 9-11 a.m. and March 12th from 4-5:30 p.m. Black Fox will accept zone waivers for open seats in 2nd grade only. Pre-registration is not required to attend the tours.
